Festival of the Winds

 Lets go fly a kite, up to the highest height! 

On Sunday the 14th of September the sky of Bondi Beach was filled with a variety of kites - all shapes and sizes, colors and patterns. Thousands gathered to witness the beautiful kites in the clear blue sky of Sydney. There were small stalls set up on the grassy banks - full of food and arts and crafts activities for the kids - and um me! Great day out! 

The Color Run

Were just trying to find some colour in this black and white world.

The Color Run Sydney was one of my favorite things I have done here! Set in Centennial Park I run - half waddled half jogged - the 5k through a mist of pinks, purples, oranges blues and greens! It really is the happiest 5k anyone could run. The atmosphere was amazing and when you arrived at the finish line you were greeted with a mini festival! I managed to raise $325 for the Leukaemia Foundation - a charity very close to my heart. It really is a great day out for all and I highly recommend that you get involved!
